Ingredients
500 gms chicken
250 ml milk
2 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
5 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
black cardamom (badi elaichi) and green cardamoms (elaichi)
cloves (laung / lavang)
cinnamon (dalchini)
3 to 4 tbsp oil
chilli powder to taste
1/2 cup cream
salt to taste
Method
- First boil chicken in milk for around 10 mins.
- Grind all ingredients like dal chini,cloves,elaichi.
- Then heat oil in pan $put ginger garlic paste till it is brown .
- Add green chillies to it.
- Add chicken to paste.
- Put white peeper &moti elaichi &all grinded ingredients to it.
- Cook it for a 2-3 mins
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add cream to it
- Cook for another 1-2 mins
- Serve hot with bread and green chutney
